JCI Surigao North proudly lead and organized “Speak UP!: Lead with your voices – Empowering Young Voices Across Surigao del Norte” – a JCI Philippines National Program Debate & Pubic Speaking, with Resource speaker our very own 2026 Local Skills Development Director and 2026 Regional Local Skills Development Director of JCI Philippines Northern Mindanao Raxiey G. Adolfo, bringing together passionate young leaders for a transformative day of learning and expression.

In collaboration with JCI Surigao Nickel and JCI Surigao Wensie, this initiative created a powerful platform for the youth to build confidence, sharpen communication skills, and speak with purpose. This meaningful engagement followed with a successful courtesy call to the University President, and we extended our sincere gratitude to Dr.

Rowena A. Plandano for graciously allowing us to utilize the WAVES TVBI Center of Surigao del Norte State University, making this program possible.

With the Inspiring presence of our 2026 JCI Philippines National Executive Vice President, Ginno Jaralve, participants were further motivated to use their voices as tools for change. At JCI Surigao North, we believe that leadership starts the moment you choose to speak up – today we witnessed voices rise, idea ignite, and leaders emerge.
