JCI Surigao North, with 2026 Local Communications Director, Atty. Princess Jezrael Frondozo and 2026 Local Skills Development Director Raxiey Adolfo, in partnership with the Pubic Attorney’s Office, assisted the teaching and non-teaching staff of C.V.

Diez Memorial Elementary School, Surigao City Pilot School/District 2 Office, District X Office, Mat-I Caningag ES, Lope Ruiz Memorial ES, Patricio Bernaldez ES, and Cagutsan ES in Surigao City with the notarization and compilation of Personal Data Sheet (PDS) and Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN). This initiative is in compliance with Civil Service Commission requirements.

JCI Surigao North spearheaded the logistical coordination, ensuring smooth and efficient notarization and compilation process. We thank the PAO Surigao City District, headed by Atty.
